All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Please note that faulty items can only be returned if the item was faulty when delivered to you: it is our policy to check your purchase thoroughly for any defects before sending it to you. Items returned as defective will be inspected upon receipt. Items that are deemed satisfactory subject to fair wear and tear will not be regarded as inconvenient. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. Our e-mail contact form is where you can let us know if you would like a replacement. Please make sure your request is clear when you contact us.
Shipping
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and make sure that someone is home to receive your order between 9 am – 6 pm on the estimated delivery date as we require signature upon delivery.
Availability
Due to occasional stock discrepancies or high order volumes, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement.
